The lymphatic system is responsible for proper fluid flow of the body and when compromised or injured the lymph circulation stagnates and this results in accumulation of fluids in legs and organs and causing swelling and serious illness. A healthy lymphatic flow is essential in healthy body metabolism, detoxification and regeneration of tissues as well as to help maintaining a strong immune system.
What Does Lymphatic Drainage Do?
Lymphatic drainage was developed in the 1930s and is a form of massage technique that is used to stimulate and improve body’s fluid flow. An improved lymphatic flow improves metabolism, and helps the body to eliminate waste and toxins which in turn strengthens immune system.

How Does Lymphatic Drainage Work?
Unlike other forms of massage, lymphatic drainage is the application of very light pressure and soft pumping using hands or body brush in the direction of the lymph nodes and channels.
