Paul graduated from McGill University obtaining a Master of Applied Science in Physical Therapy. He also has earned a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Kinesiology at York University, achieving Cum Laude. Paul’s clinical reasoning skills and treatment techniques are influenced by strong evidence based practice. Paul applies an eclectic treatment approach including manual therapy, exercise prescription and patient education to optimize functionality. He strives to provide his patients with self-management skills required to independently manage their condition and implements a proactive treatment approach to prevent reoccurrence.
Paul discovered a passion for physiotherapy during his career as a competitive figure skater. Following a back fracture, extensive physiotherapy enabled him to return to the ice and earn the title of Canadian National Champion. This experience motived him to become a physiotherapist to help injured athletes return to their sport and restore functionality to those suffering from orthopedic injuries. Paul’s interests include running and personal fitness, playing classical piano, cooking and spending time with his dog. Paul has participated in disc dog and agility trials and he also likes to DJ.
